Fimeg 4ccbf8c5fd fix: heartbeat auto-queue treats duplicate-pending as benign (ETHOS #4) ... queueSystemHeartbeat now checks for the unique violation on idx_agent_pending_subsystem and logs at INFO instead of WARN. A duplicate means the desired heartbeat is already in flight — not a failure. Suppresses the scary WARN on every rapid-polling enable where a heartbeat was already pending.		2026-06-05 16:17:36 -04:00
