Fimeg c66343f105 provider-balance: read logins and every agent, not three roles
An OAuth login reports present while dead: both Claude access tokens
expired 11h ago and only the refresh token, good 27 more days, keeps
them working. Presence was the check; expiry is the answer.
Widening to per-agent models found Hal and TestAgent naming models
absent from [models.*] — they would fail at first use, not at config.

Why this exists
---------------
Between 2026-08-12 and 2026-08-13 three providers ran out of credit and in
every case the first thing that told us was a failed subconscious pass:
* glm-5.2 (zai) -- 429 code 1113 "insufficient balance"
* deepseek -- 402 "Insufficient Balance", total_balance -0.04
* opencode zen -- 401 CreditsError
Note the codes disagree completely: 429, 402, 401, all for "you are out of
money". Classifying on status code cannot work; we classify on wording.
Balance exhaustion is invisible until something dies. Absence of complaint
reads as health. This is the instrument that speaks first.
Method
------
It does NOT ask whether an endpoint is reachable. Reachability is not an
answer -- GET /models on opencode returns 200 with a valid key and a bankrupt
workspace. So the probe sends a real (tiny) completion and classifies the
reply. Where a provider exposes a native balance endpoint we report the
actual number as well.
