Situation

/home/casey has accumulated deployment artifacts, build directories, duplicate folders, and debugging debris from the Souveraine OS bring-up on Pixel 3. This document inventories everything and proposes cleanup actions.

🔄 PROJECTS FOLDER CONSOLIDATION

Current state: Two folders:

• Projects/ (capital P) — 3.0G, modified Jul 18
• projects/ (lowercase) — 331M, modified Jul 14

Step 1: Merge projects/unfinished/ → Projects/unfinished/ ✅ (already done by Ani earlier today) Step 2: Merge newer projects/BetterDiscord/ → Projects/BetterDiscord/ (fresher dist build) Step consolidation: Remove lowercase projects/, symlink projects → Projects Step 4: Verify .claude-completions.zsh and .claude-modes.zsh symlinks still resolve

Estimated space recovery: ~4.0G from build artifacts + debris cleanup

❓ NEEDS INVESTIGATION

mimo/ (339M) — Contains Shelly-ALPM. Unknown purpose. Could be:

• Mimo display driver work
• Mobile Input/Modem Output experimentation
• Something else entirely
• Needs Casey to identify before deletion

Proposed Execution Order

1. Projects folder consolidation (in progress)
2. Delete build artifacts (build/, *-build/, openauto-bin/, *-out*/, staging/)
3. Delete one-shot debug (sns-*, mic-hunt, regsnaps, dock backup)
4. Archive then delete lockup logs
5. Investigate mimo/ before action
6. Review remaining root-level files (tarballs, tar.zst, bundles) — keep source backups until confirmed in Gitea
7. Final verification — run du -sh /home/casey/*/ | sort -rh to confirm cleanup
8. Update this document with final results

Open Questions for Souveraine Agent / Casey

1. Gitea location: No Gitea references found in config, bash history, or git config. Where is the actual Gitea instance? Need the URL to verify what's already under version control.
2. mimo/ (339M): What is Shelly-ALPM? Is this active work?
3. qbootctl-src/ and hexagonrpc-src/: Are these in Gitea? If so, the local copies are redundant.
4. Kernel package (linux-blueline-7.1.1-1-aarch64.pkg.tar.zst): Keep for rollback, or move to shared storage?
5. converse-primary.bundle: This is a git bundle — should it be unpacked into Projects/ or pushed to Gitea?
